do you have that one lyric where you mentally prepare yourself and when it comes on you break loose like a storm and sing it as loud as you can and you feel so alive.

Put your hand on a stove for a minute & it feels like an hour,
Sit with a beautiful girl for a hour & it feels like an minute.
This is how Albert Einstein defined Relativity,But I believe that youth is relativity.
That you could your 20s inching along safe in social constructs,
Or you could spend your days in new towns, new places, with new faces, chasing new destinations,So do you live your youth slow & painful? Or fast & free?
This is the theory of youth.

Giro d’Italia 2016 – Stage 19 Preview - PINEROLO - RISOUL - 27 MAY 2016 / FRIDAY / 162 km /
Another short, but brutal stage.
This is a high mountain stage featuring a summit finish, and “home” to the Cima Coppi. The route runs constantly uphill (on deceptively flat roads) over 80 km, all the way up to Casteldelfino. Here the road starts to climb up Colle dell’Agnello (Cima Coppi, 2744 m). The following 40 km run mostly downhill and lead to Guillestre, at the foot of the final climb. Beware of a few tunnels around km 135. The last 13 km run entirely uphill, with an average 7% gradient and 15 hairpins. The roadway is very wide and well surfaced. The home straight, 150 m in length, on 6-m wide asphalt road, has an 8% uphill gradient. The winner of this stage, that includes the Cima Coppi, will receive the Trofeo Torriani.

CHAVES CAPTURES HISTORIC GIRO D’ITALIA STAGE
Colombian Esteban Chaves snatched victory on an epic 14th stage of the Giro d’Italia Saturday that saw Dutchman Steven Kruijswijk take the pink jersey and favorite Vincenzo Nibali boost his overall victory hopes.
“I can’t describe what I’m feeling. It’s a dream come true,” said Chaves. “Winning the queen stage in the Giro is really special.” Italian favourite Nibali, the 2013 champion, failed to get the stage win but the Astana team leader crossed the finish just 37 seconds in arrears to build a significant advantage on Valverde, one of his main rivals for overall victory in Turin on May 29. Lotto team leader Kruijswijk holds a 41sec lead on Nibali and a 1:32 lead on Chaves heading into Sunday’s 15th stage time trial, a 10.8km race against the clock which is mostly uphill.
“I knew this kind of stage would suit me pretty good, after the first mountain stage we had yesterday,” said Kruijswijk. “Today, I could attack and really had some good power. I was lucky that I had Esteban with me and we could work together. I’m happy to get the pink jersey.”
